The Elbow Reinforcement w/O Joints (EL270) is a rigid elbow orthosis without joints, primarily intended for cubital tunnel syndrome pain and compression of the ulnar nerve at the elbow. It is designed to keep the elbow in an approximately straight position, which keeps the ulnar nerve relaxed and free from compression or tension. It may also be used for post-operative care, post-cast removal, tennis or golfer’s elbow, and other elbow instabilities. The brace is universal in size, fitting both left and right elbows, and is generally used at bedtime but can be worn at any time.
