(BA210) provides trunk support and motion restriction extending from the sacrococcygeal junction to above the T-9 vertebra. The 17” back plate, combined with rigid front and lateral support panels, provides intracavitary pressure to reduce load on the intervertebral discs and help provide better tissue healing. The shoulder straps attach to the height-adjustable anterior thoracic support bar with quick-release buckles, making it easy to put on, adjust, and remove. An Allen wrench with a convenient T-handle is provided to easily shorten or lengthen the anterior thoracic support bar. The rigid lateral panels can be easily angled to provide the best possible fit for a variety of body structures. The TLSO can be used before or after surgery. The universal size is fully adjustable for sizes S-2XL (up to 56”), and can be expanded up to 74” with optional belt extensions to accommodate a wide range of patients.
